Reverend Solomon T. McAuley, a native of Broadway, North Carolina, currently resides in Concord, North Carolina. He is a product of Lee County Schools, graduating from Lee Senior High School in Sanford, North Carolina in 1999. He graduated from Livingstone College in Salisbury, NC with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work in May 2004.  

Reverend McAuley has been in Christian Ministry for 11 years and the pastoral ministry for 9 years.

Reverend McAuley’s ministry began in Broadway, NC at the Cameron Grove AME Zion Church in Broadway, NC.

• Pastor of Zion Hill AME Zion Church, Concord, NC, Concord District

• Pastor of Pleasant Grove AME Zion Church, Concord, NC, Concord District 

West Central Conference 2022-2025 (3 years)

• Pastor of Jones Memorial AME Zion Church, Columbia, SC, Columbia-Camden District 

Palmetto Conference 2025-Present

• Served as a Delegate to the General Conference • Served as Concord District Director of Evangelism and District Prayer Coordinator, in the West Central Conference 2017– 2025 • Served as Episcopal Prayer Coordinator in West Central

Reverend McAuley enjoys music, tennis, attending basketball games, spending time with family, and friends. He is the father of three beautiful daughters: Elease, Jewel, and Uriah.
